For me, one sign was the announcement by the Medicare Payment Advisory Commission (MedPAC) of its proposal to revert to pre-pandemic telehealth restrictions for fee-for-service provider organizations but to continue to allow expanded options for provider organizations participating in advanced alternative payment models.
