ersamoyor.blogspot.com

Before each Triangle Strategy battle, players have most likely noticed several options on the preparation screen. Players can change their roster, switch out characters, and head to something called the Encampment. Here's a guide to get the most out of every visit to Triangle Strategy's Encampment.

What is the Encampment in Triangle Strategy?

In Triangle Strategy, players will need to head to the Encampment screen in order to do almost anything. There are several people that hang out in the Encampment at all times, waiting for the player to come back and interact with them during the many hours they play through Triangle Strategy. These NPCs are:

  • The Portly Merchant - Sells a selection of Items and Accessories, and he will also purchase from the player in need of cash
  • Eagle-Eyed Elder - Quietuses dealer and can promote the many playable characters in Triangle Strategy.
  • Young Smithy - Upgrades weapons and unlocks some skills.
  • Gregarious Barkeep - Allows players to fight mock battles and gain materials, experience, and gold.
  • Optional recruits also show up here on occasion
  • There are more possible friends to be unlocked in Encampment.

How to Use the Encampment in Triangle Strategy

Players can access the Encampment at almost any time. This includes right before battles during unit placement, during Examinations, and anytime the menu is accessible. Just press the + button and choose "Encampment." This will bring Serenoa there immediately. Being able to access the Encampment is a lot of help when faced with a battle slightly above the characters' level; they can do some mock battles to bring up their level, level the classes of their characters, and buy equipable accessories for their Triangle Strategy team.

How to Upgrade the Encampment in Triangle Strategy

Upgrading the Encampment happens naturally. Players will unlock each of the vendors as they continue through the storyline. While it is impossible to miss these vendors, players can miss the extra playable characters that will hang out in the tent to chat with Serenoa.

Here's a tip for beginners playing Triangle Strategy for the first time: don't spend all of Serenoa's money in shops. Vendors are automatically added to the team, and they will not cost the player any coin. However, most of their upgrades to weapons, classes, and purchases all will cost money. Make sure to keep some coin at hand for upgrades at all times; that amount of money adds up fast.

Triangle Strategy is available now for the Nintendo Switch.
