Leadership means listening and caring about the people one is leading, adds Holly Swartz, vice president of Personal Protected.
Arthur Daly, senior vice president at Eastern Gateway Community College Youngstown says leadership is taking people “and rising them up and getting to another level that they never thought were attainable before.”
