Fantasy football picks, NFL playoffs: Best DFS value lineup strategy for Browns vs. Steelers in Wild Card rou… - DraftKings Nation

ersamoyor.blogspot.com

To wrap-up Super Wild Card Weekend, we have a rematch from the regular season between the No. 6 seed Cleveland Browns and the No. 3 seed Pittsburgh Steelers. The Steelers enter this matchup as the better team with multiple FLEX plays at wide receiver (JuJu Smith-Schuster, Diontae Johnson, and Chase Claypool). However, do not sleep on the Browns who have Baker Mayfield, Nick Chubb, Kareem Hunt, and Jarvis Landry.

Outside of the big names, who are some lower-tier value flex plays on both teams that could help you win this Wild Card game showdown on DraftKings? Let’s discuss some options below.

Eric Ebron, TE, $5400

With a lot of attention being paid to the Steelers wide receivers, it could open up things for the veteran tight end. Ebron did not play in the regular-season finale as he was on the reserve/COVID-19 list. But now he’s back and ready to go against a Browns’ defense, which has allowed 10 touchdowns to opposing tight ends and is ranked 28th vs. TEs (OPRK),

Austin Hooper, TE, $4800

Speaking of tight ends, Austin Hooper has become an integral part of the Browns’ offense over the last three weeks. Last week against the Steelers, Hooper recorded four receptions for 37 yards and a touchdown. It was the second time in three weeks that the Browns tight end found the end zone.

For his efforts, Hooper produced his third consecutive double-digit performance with 13.7 fantasy points. On Sunday night, he’ll be going against a Steelers’ defense that has only allowed three touchdowns to opposing tight ends. But Hooper has scored at least 10 fantasy points in both contests this season.

Rashard Higgins, WR, $5000

The Cleveland Browns No. 2 wide receiver made his return to the football last week after missing Week 16 because of reserve/COVID-19 protocols. Last week against the Steelers, Higgins had two receptions (three targets) for 55 yards, which equaled out to 7.5 fantasy points.

Before Week 16, Higgins had three double-digit performances (11.6, 18.8, and 21.5 fantasy points) and two touchdowns in three-straight games. The Steelers’ defense has only allowed one touchdown from opposing wide receivers in the last three games.
