Global strategic operations consulting firm Kearney has appointed a new leader in France: Delphine Bourrilly.
Delphine Bourrilly has been with Kearney for over a decade, and now takes the reins of its French office – one of the firm’s larger locales in Europe. “I am proud to pass on the baton to Delphine,” said Nicolas Lioliakis, who will now transition to a European leadership role at Kearney.
“Her talent, energy and charisma will be critical in leading Kearney through its next growth phase in France,” he added. Bourrilly’s appointment was unveiled by Geir Olsen, a Norwegian partner (a 20-year company veteran and ex-McKinsey and BCG consultant) who leads Kearney’s footprint in Europe.

Bourrilly becomes the fifth head of the Paris office since 2005 (when the consultancy returned to independence following a buyout from EDS).
She will meanwhile continue to lead client work, with her main expertise in the leadership, change and organisation domains, where she specifically focuses on operating models, organisational design, and large-scale transformations. She currently leads the Leadership, Change, and Organisation practice across Europe.
Among her notable engagements include: overseeing an operating model transformation at a large retailer, leading the change workstream for a $11 billion international merger, developing a strategic plan for a luxury cruiseline, supporting a cultural transformation for a gas player, and advising on a large business transformation at a French insurance group.
Earlier in her career, Bourrilly spent five years at Swiss banking institution UBS, having graduated from HEC Paris.
The news comes on the back of seven new partner appointments in Paris: three last month (all hired from rival Strategy&), and four at the start of the year.
