Amazon Web Services is looking to hire a healthcare payers and strategic industry global business development lead with a background in risk management and data management for its healthcare and life sciences industry team.
The position will engage with healthcare leaders to create a business strategy and opportunities to advance Amazon Web Services' healthcare cloud business.
The basic qualifications for this position are more than ten years of relevant work experience in the healthcare and payer space.
Preferred qualifications for this role include knowledge of the healthcare payer value chain, an understanding of cloud technologies and a Master of Business Administration with a technical background in computer science or mathematics.
"You will think strategically and analytically about business, product and technical challenges, while building and conveying compelling value propositions, and work cross-organizationally to build consensus. You will lead and drive multiple complex initiatives across technical and non-technical stakeholders to meet business objectives with a customer-obsessed and collaborative approach, strong data and metrics, an understanding of industry ecosystems for payers, and helping them transform using cloud technologies," the job description says.
