The Strategy Organization, a gaming sector-focused consultancy, has partnered with ATM Hospitality, an expert in food and beverage operations.
Founded in 2017 and led by managing partners Adam Odegard, Tony Figurelli, and Marisa Martino, ATM Hospitality brings deep advisory expertise to restaurant, bar, and nightclub clients. The firm offers consulting in procurement, culinary development and operations, event production, marketing, kitchen and bar design, menu development, certification, and recruiting.
ATM has offices in Las Vegas and Greenwich, Connecticut.
The Strategy Organization (TSO), meanwhile, was founded earlier this year by gaming industry veterans Josh Swissman, Seth Schorr, and Matthew Chilton. The firm offers advisory support in operations, marketing, and innovation to gaming and hotel clients.
In the area of operations consulting, the firm offers support in revenue management improvement, efficiency analysis, and re-opening planning. The company’s marketing offering includes loyalty program management, advertising strategy planning, database segmentation, brand strategy, and entertainment programming optimization. Its innovation services include eSports integration strategy and sports betting strategic planning.
The new strategic partnership will enable the companies to deliver an entire suite of consulting services to gaming and hospitality organizations – from brand strategy and revenue management to restaurant design and sanitation procedures.
Gaming and hospitality are among the industries most heavily impacted by the ongoing pandemic, suffering from the effects of lockdowns, social distancing, travel restrictions, and altered consumer behavior.
TSO and ATM will work together to provide high-level strategic oversight, as well as the industry know-how to work with property teams and execute plans.
